Update on Audio Description At Regal Theater
Wednesday, August 18th, 2010I received a call last week notifying me that the equipment at the Regal Theater has been repaired. Apparently, the initial service call may have repaired the equipment, but there was an undetected electrical problem.
I have not been back to the theater, but thanks to the Regal my next visit will be on them.
Shout out to the Regal for resolving the issue and just as important, being responsive.
I’ll let you know if all is well.
BTW – My bad on the delay giving Regal their props!
